Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These terms govern use of this website and of the Round-the-Clock Front Desk AI Assistant and related services (“the Service”) provided by Zevantra Labs, a partnership firm operating from Workafella Cyber Crown, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“Zevantra”, “we”, “us”). By using this site, signing up as a client, or calling or messaging a business that uses the Service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these terms.

1. Who these terms are for

Two groups use the Service, and different parts of these terms apply to each. Clients are the businesses that sign up with Zevantra to deploy an AI assistant for their own calls and WhatsApp messages, and who access the dashboard and team console. Callers are the people who call or message a client business and interact with the assistant — you don't need an account with us for that, and your use is governed by the sections on call recording, WhatsApp messaging, and data below.

2. What the Service is — and isn't

The Service answers calls, books appointments, sends WhatsApp confirmations and follow-ups a caller has agreed to, and updates a client's records accordingly. During our pilot phase, each assistant is built and tuned by our team for the specific business using it, rather than being a generic, off-the-shelf bot.

The assistant is a front-desk tool, not a professional adviser. For clients in healthcare, it schedules and answers general front-desk questions — it does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and any health information a caller mentions is passed to the client's own staff, not acted on clinically by the assistant. A caller should always follow the guidance of the business's own qualified staff.

3. Pilot phase

The Service is currently offered on a pilot basis. We work in good faith to keep it available and accurate, but during this phase we don't offer an uptime guarantee or a formal service level agreement, and functionality may change as we refine it based on real use. If we introduce a paid service level agreement in future, it will be offered separately and won't change these terms retroactively.

4. Call recording, transcription and WhatsApp

Calls handled by the assistant are recorded and transcribed, and the assistant discloses this at the start of the call. A client business is responsible for making sure its own use of the Service — including anything it tells its customers or patients about how it handles their calls — complies with the laws that apply to that business. WhatsApp confirmations and follow-ups are sent only where a caller has agreed to be contacted that way, and a caller can ask to stop receiving them at any time.

5. Client accounts

A client is responsible for the accuracy of the business information it gives us during onboarding (hours, services, staff, FAQs), for keeping its sign-in access secure, and for how its own staff use the dashboard and team console. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is being used to violate these terms or the law.

6. Fees

Pricing is quoted individually to each client rather than published as a flat rate, and is confirmed in writing before a client is billed. Fees, once agreed, are set out separately in that written quote or order confirmation, which forms part of the agreement between Zevantra and that client.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to send messages a recipient hasn't agreed to receive, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to use it in a way that could harm callers, other clients, or Zevantra.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on infrastructure and communication partners — including telephony carriers, our voice-AI processing partners, the WhatsApp Business Platform, and our hosting and database providers — to function. Those providers have their own terms and availability, and Zevantra isn't responsible for outages or issues that originate with them, though we work to route around failures where our architecture allows it.

9. Intellectual property

Zevantra owns the Service, including its software, voice-agent configurations, and the Zevantra name and branding. A client owns its own business data (call content, transcripts, and records generated from its use of the Service) and grants us a licence to process that data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during this pilot phase, without warranties of any kind beyond what's expressly stated here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zevantra's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees the affected client paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

11. Indemnity

A client agrees to indemnify Zevantra against claims arising from that client's misuse of the Service, its instructions to the assistant, or its failure to comply with laws applicable to its own business.

12. Termination

Either party may end a client's use of the Service by giving written notice, subject to whatever notice period is agreed in that client's order confirmation. We may suspend or end access immediately for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We'll change the “Last updated” date above whenever we do, and for material changes affecting active clients, we'll take reasonable steps to let them know.
